Whitney Bower
Whit has a 25-year track record in private equity, working with entrepreneurs and executives to achieve breakthrough levels of top- and bottom-line performance.
Whit founded Noble Rock and manages the firm’s day to day operations. He currently serves as an advisor to BC Partners, Cortex Building Intelligence, Inflexion Private Equity and NAVEX Global Inc. Prior to founding Noble Rock, Whit founded and managed 3i’s top quartile US private equity business and held roles on the firm’s Global Investment and Compliance Committees. Whit built his track record as a principal and deal lead at Geocapital Partners and Bain Capital Ventures where he led 10 investments in the US and Europe. Earlier in his career, Whit was Director of Marketing at internet software company Open Market, and Business Development Manager for Fortune 500 media company, Times Mirror.
Whit graduated from Harvard College and received an MBA from Harvard Business School. He is a former US Peace Corps Volunteer and member of the Council on Foreign Relations.

Pete Low
Pete has over 20 years of software operating and investing experience, spanning early stage venture to global, public companies.
Prior to Joining Noble Rock, Pete was the CFO of Saba Software, a leading provider of cloud-based learning and talent management solutions, where he led the company’s sale to Cornerstone OnDemand (NAS: CSOD), for $1.3 billion. Prior to Saba, Pete was the CFO of Halogen Software, a leading provider of performance management software, where he led the firm’s successful cloud migration and took the business public. Prior to Halogen, Pete was a Co-Founder and CFO of Axis Capital Corporation, a privately held venture capital business, where he led several software investments, including exits to Microsoft and IBM. Axis was later acquired by a larger fund.
Pete graduated from Mount Allison University in Canada, and is a registered CPA and CA. He also holds the ICD.D designation.

Rick O'Rourke
Rick has over 30 years of enterprise technology management experience spanning sales, ecosystem,
marketing, and product for industry leaders, startups, and private equity portfolio companies.
Rick is the CRO of Greenlight Technologies and an advisor at Y Combinator. Previously Rick was the CRO for Yubico where he built the go-to-market organization from ground up to a global team of 50, profitably tripled revenue in 18 months, and drove 5x increase in market cap. Prior to that Rick was a Managing Director of Vista Consulting Group where he advised over 20 of Vista’s portfolio companies to create an average of over 3x value increase. Rick also worked at SAP, PeopleSoft, and Oracle.
Rick graduated with degrees in Computer Science and Economics from Harvard College. He was a Rotary Fellow studying international business at the University of Auckland, and is an Eagle Scout.

David Lang
Dave has over 25 years of investment experience across healthcare, technology, and business services, with a focus on growth investing.
Dave is a Director of N-Of-One, Connected Home Healthcare, Tristan Immediate Care, and Vatterott Educational Centers. Previously, Dave spent over two decades as an investor at TA Associates in Boston. His prior investments include Alma Lasers, eviCore, Infor, Lawson Software, Medquest, MedSolutions, Orchid Unique Orthopedic Solutions, One Call Medical, and Targus Information Corporation. Additionally, Dave has returned to his roots by joining Babson College as Assistant Basketball Coach.
Dave graduated from Harvard College and received an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Matthew Null
Matt has been driving transformation initiatives for the majority of his 17 year professional career. Over the course of the past 10 years, Matt has focused specifically on post-acquisition value creation in software companies, and has worked with global companies that range from start-ups to the Fortune 100.
Matt is currently the Head of Revenue Operations for Businessolver, where he is helping drive the growth of the company in all revenue generating activities. Matt was formerly the North American Chief of Staff at Micro Focus, where he helped execute business change initiatives and operational efficiency in the go-to-market organization, including the development of a comprehensive enablement program. In his five years at Micro Focus, the company grew revenues from $400 million to $4.4 billion, largely supported by acquisitions. Prior to Micro Focus, Matt worked in Private Equity for Vista Equity Partners, Strategy Consulting at Accenture, and in a multitude of Enterprise Sales roles at General Electric.
Matt graduated with a degree in Electrical Engineering from Penn State and received an MBA from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management.
